Installation and Commissioning

Installation and commissioning is how Indock turns delivered equipment into a producing line: after a Factory Acceptance Test and EU delivery, we install the machine or line at your facility, commission it to run your product, and train your operators. The goal is a line that is making product, not a crate waiting to be set up.

The handover steps

1. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT): the equipment runs to the agreed specification at the factory before it ships, so you confirm performance up front.
2. Delivery: we coordinate logistics and on-site placement across the EU.
3. Installation: we position, connect, and set up the equipment in your facility.
4. Commissioning: we run the equipment with your product and confirm it meets specification.
5. Operator training: we train your team to run, change over, and maintain the line.

Why it matters

A machine that arrives but is not commissioned and understood is a stalled investment. On-site installation and operator training compress the gap between delivery and first good output, and qualitative warranty-type support continues after go-live.
